Job Title: Program Instructor/Intern Supervisor
Location: Square Peg Foundation, Sonoma, CA
Hourly Rate: $20-$28/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (with potential to increase to full-time)

Are you an experienced horse person who’s curious, and ready to make a real difference? Join our team and you'll find a role that’s as fun as it is impactful! You’ll be caring for our beloved off-the-track Thoroughbreds (and other breeds), supporting job training and recreational programs, and creating joyful, silly, or peaceful experiences for our participants. You'll work closely with our Program Manager, Barn Manager, and other instructors to ensure our dynamic program runs smoothly, from daily horse care to playful activities with our neurodivergent community.
